REGISTRATION

Class Sizes & Location
Our classes fill up quickly, and class sizes are limited – so register early! Registration and full payment are required by registration deadlines to ensure your participation. Most events are presented at Angels At Work. If an event is held off-site, contact information and a location map will be provided on  event post.

Registration Options
Class registrations for classes presented by Dr. Frances Carns may be submitted online, by mail using our mail-in registration form, or by phone at (585) 349-9983. Registrations may also be turned in at our office.

Registration Deposits
Non-refundable deposits may be required for some events to hold your registration until full payment is made. Refunds may be considered for personal emergencies on a case-by-case basis only.

Refund Policy
A one-week advance cancellation notice to Angels at Work at (585) 349-9983 is required on all event registrations in order to be considered for a partial refund of your registration fee. Additional refund policies may be applied to off-site to retreats.

Event Cancellations
Events cancelled for any reason will be rescheduled. You will be notified by phone at the number on your registration and  given the option to attend the event as rescheduled or request a full refund.

Weather Cancellations
Weather-related event cancellation notices are communicated by Mailing List email, by Facebook post, and by phone if your event requires prior registration. If you have a concern about the status of a scheduled event, please call Angels at Work at (585) 349-9983 for a recorded message.

PAYMENTS

Payment Methods
Payment method for online payments by credit or debit card only (Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover Card. Downloaded mail-in registrations may be paid by personal check or money order payable to Angels At Works. Cash and gift certificates are accepted for in-office payments only.

Returned Check Fees
You will be responsible for an additional $50.00 returned check charge for any checks returned to us unpaid by your bank submitted for payment by mail-in or paid in-office for services, events, and special offers.

Privacy & Security
We use Godaddy’s award-winning, leading-edge SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to safeguard your payment transactions as well as site use and personal information on our mailing list. Required email addresses are never sold or used for unsolicited email.
