Meditation is a process of deep relaxation of the body and of the mind. It is a powerful tool for emotional healing and stress reduction. It also fosters the development of intuition and a deeper understanding of yourself and others.
Many people struggle trying to get where they need to be when meditating on their own. Our sessions guide you through the process without having to master it yourself. They begin with a topical lecture followed by the guided meditation.
No registration is required for meditations. Donations are always appreciated, but never required. They are used to provide assistance to those in need throughout the year and during the holidays.
