Your first visit will, primarily, be exploratory. You will learn about hypnotism and become comfortable with it. You will discuss your interests and your desires with ►Frances Carns, ND to determine if hypnosis can accomplish what you want to achieve. If you both feel that it will be worthwhile to proceed, she may give you some small tests to determine your type of suggestibility, your ability to relax, and your skills at visualization. These procedures will help design programming personalized for you which will be acceptable to and retained by your subconscious leading to full achievement of your goals.
