This support group employs a holistic approach that considers all aspects of the whole (body, mind, and spirit) to address the issues at hand and maintain proper balance of for optimal health and wellness
For the Body, we’ll address health concerns specific to women including thyroid issues, PMS, hormonal imbalance, and menopause. We’ll also address weight issues, the role of emotional eating, and ways to manage them both.
For the Mind, we’ll address the role of stress and how to use time management and stress management techniques. We’ll also address the role of self-esteem and identify personal development goals.
For the Spirit, you’ll learn to center yourself and stay grounded, to create sacred space for spiritual focusing, to foster your connection to all life’s relations, and to use meditation and communicate with spirit guides for insight into our inner goals that guide us on our path
